W Residences – Downtown Dubai by Dar Al Arkan has set a new standard in extraordinary hotel-inspired living. The AED 1B exclusive development is the third project from the Saudi based developer, Dar Al Arkan, in the emirate of Dubai. At the moment W Residences – Downtown Dubai is currently under construction, with the anticipated date of completion set to be December 2025.
